Understanding Regional South Australian Expectations and Experiences of the Health Care System

Health care systems across the globe are rapidly changing. However, whether these changes have kept pace with the needs of health consumers remains uncertain. A team of researchers at the University of South Australia Department of Rural Health are currently exploring the expectations and experiences of health consumers living in regional South Australia in order to better understand (i) the health care needs of regional South Australians, (ii) how responsive the health system is to these consumer needs, and (iii) to identify areas where the health system could improve to better serve these needs.

If you are (1) over the age of 18 years, (2) have used a health care service or received any health intervention within the last 12 months, (3) live in rural, remote or regional South Australia (i.e. outside metropolitan Adelaide), (4) have internet access, and (5) are able to read and understand the English language, we invite you to participate in this important survey. The survey will only take around 20 minutes to complete. In appreciation for the time you give to complete the survey, you will be invited to enter a draw to win one of 20 x $50 Visa Cards

Further information about the study can be found on the CONVERSATIONS website: http://www.conversations-project.info/.

Alternatively, you can start the survey at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/CONVERSATIONS-SA
